Senior Marketing Manager | Full Time

The Senior Marketing Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to accelerate company growth. Senior Marketing Manager will lead, train, and mentor the internal Marketing team, as well as become a spokesperson of the LeaseLabs brand.

The Senior Marketing Manager position reports to the President.


Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives across the company including multi-channel lead generation, go-to-market strategies for new product launches, brand refreshes, brand reputation management, and internal communications
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive revenue, meet monthly goals, and identify new pipeline expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Business Development team to manage new business proposals and presentations
  • Partner with product teams to identify enhancements and features that will drive incremental value for customers
  • Develop product-specific content to educate both internal teams and clients on multifamily marketing trends and best-practices
  • Maintain a strong understanding of multifamily and marketing industry trends, the competitive landscape and customer behaviors
  • Create best-practice processes for lead generation, with a clear focus on tracking, measuring and communicating performance
  • Articulate the projected and actual ROI of marketing activities
  • Build, maintain and optimize digital campaigns and capabilities extending across SEO, SEM & other digital channels
  • Continually push LeaseLabs positioning, messaging and branding to effectively tell our story across industry verticals
  • Oversee execution of all trade shows and events
  • Forecast annual business development and marketing budget
  • Analyze individual marketing team member performance to continually meet and exceed quarterly OKR objectives

Prerequisites:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related area
  • At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, across the organization, as well as work independently
  • Proven ability to meet goals in dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Flexible and able to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
  • Prior experience with Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Experience with digital and direct response marketing
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
