QA Analyst | Full Time

LeaseLabs a Realpage product is looking to add a QA Analyst to our San Diego, CA office! The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring all products and services meet the company’s standards of quality through the creation and execution of test plans and providing detailed defect and testing reports at each step of the software development life cycle.

The Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.


  • Deliver quality software products through a combination of blackbox and manual testing through all phases of the software development life cycle – i.e.
  • Functional specification & requirements documentation analysis and verification
  • Build testing (functional release through release candidate)
  • Bug fix verification
  • Regression testing
  • Go-live and deployment checklists
  • Work with various stakeholders to maintain and execute web quality assurance testing procedures as part of major and minor release cycles
  • Maintain and execute test plans and test cases for each release cycle
  • Adhere to company procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
  • Investigate issues reported by clients and other departments
  • Proofread print media and web copy for spelling and grammar errors as needed
  • Perform special projects and duties as needed


  • Testing front end website products – 80%
  • Other QA tasks (print collateral template testing, account setup testing, special request audits, etc.) – 15%
  • Representing the QA team at interdepartmental meetings – 5%

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software or web testing and quality assurance (Prefered)
  • Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
  • Proven communication skills both oral and written (one on one and in presentations)
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
  • PC/Mac power user
